About this piece

Fabric and feel

Cut and fit

Pattern pieces are cut to a consistent grain, which is why the two sides hang the same way instead of one twisting forward. Fastenings are load-bearing: the buttons, zip or drawcord are the ones the design actually needs, not the cheapest that would hold the shape on a shelf.
