Intellectual Property Rights

The photographs, descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

What we own

Product photography, written descriptions, page layouts and the site's visual design are our property. Sharing a link is always fine; republishing a listing or reusing our images in a shop is not.

Permitted use

Personal use is unrestricted: browse, save, print. Reviews may use a single image per item with a credit and a link back. Anything beyond that — catalogue re-use, resale of images, wholesale copying of text — needs our written permission first.

Trademarks of others

Brand names and logos belonging to other companies appear on this site only where a product is compatible with them or where a payment method is named.

Reporting infringement

Rights holders can contact us with the page address, the material in question and evidence of the right claimed. We will review it promptly and remove or replace material where the claim is supported.

Material you send us

Reviews and comments

Reviews you write remain yours; by sending one you allow us to show it on the site and in our own promotion. Editing is limited to trimming length and removing anything abusive or unlawful — the opinion itself is left as you wrote it.

Photographs you send

Images you send us in support of a return or a sizing question stay in that conversation. If we would like to feature one publicly, we will ask you first and tell you where it would appear.

How we handle a complaint

What to include

Tell us where the material is, what it is, and why you say it is yours. Evidence of ownership — a registration, an original file with its metadata, a licence — lets us act immediately instead of writing back to ask.

What happens next

We acknowledge the notice, take the material down or replace it while we look into the claim, and tell you the outcome with reasons. Where the claim holds, the item is removed or swapped out straight away; where it does not, we put it back and set out our reasoning so the position is clear to both sides.

Using our pages

Printing and saving

You may print a product page for your own records and save pages for personal reference. Machine-copying a set of listings, or feeding our descriptions into another shop's catalogue, is outside what we permit and is something we check for.

Press and editorial use

Editorial coverage is welcome: one image per item, a credit, and a link. Anything beyond that — a gallery, a sponsored feature, a print run — needs permission first, and requests are normally answered within a day.

Where our material comes from

Photography

Every photograph on a product page is of the item we have here, shot and edited by us. We do not licence catalogue images, and we do not use a manufacturer's shot as though it showed our own stock.

Written descriptions

Descriptions are written from the item rather than adapted from a supplier's sheet, so the same paragraph does not appear on ten other shops. If you find our copy somewhere else, tell us and we will look at it.
