Shipping Information

How and when your order leaves us, how long it usually takes, and who handles duties.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our own warehouse. A small number of destinations are outside our carriers' networks — if that applies to your address, we refund in full and tell you why instead of holding the order.

Dispatch times

Picking takes one to two business days, and orders received early in the day normally go out the same afternoon. Weekend and holiday orders queue until the next business day — nothing sits unshipped without us emailing you.

Delivery windows and tracking

Tracking goes out with the dispatch email and updates from the carrier's own scans. As a rule of thumb, expect the parcel within a week; remote regions take longer, which is normal rather than a sign that it is stuck.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which are set by your country and collected by the carrier. We declare parcels at their paid value, because under-declaring is fraud and puts your delivery at risk.

Problems in transit

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or shows as delivered when it is not, tell us within fourteen days. We open a carrier enquiry on your behalf, and a parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full at our cost.

Getting the address right

Address accuracy

Copy the address exactly as your postal service writes it, including the apartment, unit or building number and the postcode. A missing apartment number or a transposed digit is enough for a carrier to return the parcel, and it costs another full transit to put right.

Undeliverable parcels

If a carrier cannot deliver because an address is incomplete or nobody is available after the usual attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We refund the goods on arrival and the original delivery charge is not returned, since the delivery was attempted.

Packaging and tracking

How orders are packed

Orders leave in plain, recyclable packaging with no invoice or price inside beyond what customs requires. Items are protected rather than compressed, and anything fragile is wrapped separately.

Tracking updates

Tracking is emailed when the label is printed rather than when the order is placed, so the first scan may take a few hours to appear. If tracking has not moved for five days, tell us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

When a delivery goes wrong

Delays we cannot control

Some delays are outside anyone's control: storms, border checks, strike action or the December rush. We will not pretend to know a date we cannot know — we will tell you what the scans show and keep chasing until the parcel moves.

Failed, refused and uncollected deliveries

Deliveries refused on arrival, or left uncollected past the carrier's holding period, come back to our warehouse. Refunds are issued for the goods once it is back, and a refused delivery does not carry a return postage charge.
