Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
You can check out as a guest; an account is not required. Orders are confirmed by email immediately, and a second email follows when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.
Dispatch takes one to two business days and transit is usually three to seven days. Any import duty is set and collected by your own customs authority, and the carrier will ask for it before handing the parcel over.
You have thirty days from delivery to start a return. Items come back unused with tags on; refunds are processed within three business days of arrival, and we cover return postage when the fault is ours.
Each listing sets out its materials and everything that ships with it. Compare them against something you already own rather than against a size label, since labels are not standardised.
Up to the moment an order is being packed, a change is just a message to us with the order number. Write to us with the order number as soon as you can; if the parcel has already left we will say so and point you at the returns process instead.
No. Registering only saves you retyping an address and gives you a page listing past orders.
Cards and PayPal. The checkout shows only the options that work for the delivery country you have chosen, so nothing is offered that cannot complete.
Your card details go to the payment provider, not to us — the form is theirs and the connection is encrypted. We see a result and the last four digits, and nothing more.
Expect dispatch within one to two business days, then roughly a week in transit, longer for outlying areas. Remote destinations can take up to twelve, and we would rather give you that range than a date we cannot keep.
Yes — the tracking number is emailed as the label is printed, so the first scan may take a few hours to appear. Give the carrier a few hours to register the first scan; if it stalls for five days, that is our cue to chase it, so let us know.
Write to our support address with the order number. You will get a reference number back, and a prepaid label if the fault is ours. Parcels that arrive without a reference take noticeably longer to process.
We refund within three business days of the parcel reaching the warehouse. Banks then take their own three to five days to display it, which is the part we have no control over.
Everything on a listing is checked against the item in front of us rather than copied from a supplier sheet, including the drawbacks. Small variation in finish is normal and we mention it rather than let you discover it.
A listing that does not match what arrived is on us. Send a photograph and the order number, and we will arrange the return at our cost and refund or replace as you prefer.
Small runs mean a sold-out piece often does not return, which is why a listing disappears instead of showing as unavailable. Stock is bought in small runs, so when a line sells through it is removed from the site rather than turned into a pre-order with an unknown date.
